Released seasonally in batches of only 100 exceptional bottles, Patience gin is distilled in Kensal Green, London. This shoot, on a rhubarb farm in Wakefield, highlights spring — bringing together fragrant lime, tender rhubarb shoots and wildflower honeycomb, elevated with a twist of sea salt for a clean, mineral finish.
Shot on 5×4 black and white Fomapan 100, medium format Ilford HP5 and Kodak Gold 200, and 35mm Gold 200.
